Ordering Info
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, either by standard 1st or 2nd class post or by Courier. Your items should be with you in a few days, but allow up to 7 days before chasing your order.The delivery charge is £4.50 regardless of weight.
We normally dispatch items on the same or next working day, but it may take a little longer in periods of high demand - we will e-mail you if there will be any significant delay to your order, so that you have the option to cancel.
If one of your items is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. There will be no additional charge for the delivery of backordered item(s). You may e-mail us to cancel the backordered item(s) if you wish.
All items are inclusive of 15% VAT. The site display prices including tax so you can see the total cost of the item.
We use PROTX to process your card details, they are one of the most popular and secure 3rd party payment services. The whole payment process is highly encrypted and very secure. For maximum security your credit card details are not stored or displayed on our own computer systems at any time. You can also pay by PAYPAL.
If any items are damaged please notify us imediately for a replacement. |
